Clikserv Privacy Policy

Effective December 21, 2009

1. Our Commitment To Privacy: ClikServ, Inc. (“we, “our, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. Online privacy is constantly evolving and ClikServ will take all reasonable efforts to maintain up to date and effective online privacy standards and practices. By signing up with the ClikServ service (the “Service”) at www.clikserv.com or through a ClikServ enabled website (the “Content Provider”) you are agreeing to the terms and condition of this Privacy Policy. ClikServ may, from time to time, modify this Privacy Policy to reflect legal, technological and other developments. The most current ClikServ privacy policy is available at www.clikserv.com/privacy-policy.

2. Information ClikServ May Collect: The Privacy Policy applies to all information collected or submitted to the Service, and does not apply to information you may provide to us offline. We may collect a name, email addresses, a password of your choosing, and the recorded history of your browsing history on the Content Provider. ClikServ shall provide your purchase, donation or browsing history to you via reports in the ClikServ system, and reserves the right to use, sell or disclose it to the Content Provider. ClikServ shall not disclose or sell your information to third parties.

3. Children: ClikServ does not knowingly collect or maintain any personal information from children under the age of 13. In addition, no part of the Site is designed with the purpose of attracting any person under age 13.

4. How we use cookies: A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be placed on your computer’s hard drive. The file is added and the cookie helps identify you, analyze web traffic or lets you know when you visit a particular Content Provider. ClikServ would use cookies to provide service, easier site navigation and access to forms. A cookie in no way gives us access to your computer or any information about you, other than the data you choose to share with us. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. This may prevent you from taking full advantage, or any access to the ClikServ Service.

5. Links to other websites: The Site may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave the Site, we do not have any control over the other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question.

6. Questions of Concerns: If you have privacy-related questions that are not addressed here, please contact us at info@clikserv.com.
